• Shipping/Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. (Note: Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, mega sales, or unforeseen weather conditions).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan.

• Once your order is placed, our team may verify your order via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

• As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to track your parcel status.

5. Damaged or Parcel Not Received

• If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/videos.
